TITLE: Social Events Director
Seeking an experienced event director to work with a well established Country Club. Successful candidates will bring fresh ideas and events to club members. Working with other team members to plan, schedule and execute events.
- Strategize to maximize member engagement for events as well as overall.
- Work with marketing/social media vendors to establish and maintain marketing programs.
- The manager is responsible for understanding the expectations of the management / members and communicating them to the staff.
- Acts as a single contact point for the for members and staff prior to and during the event.
- Maintain a high degree of client satisfaction and to secure positive reviews.
- Coordinates with outside vendors when necessary.
- The sales manager organizes and attends bridal shows.
- The manager organizes and attends menu tastings and other wedding related events.
- 2+ years total experience.
- Social media / email marketing experience
- 2+ years event coordination experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
