Recruiter & Social Media Coordinator

Recruiter Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate candidates such as Behavior Technicians, Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, BCBAs, etc.
  • Schedule and conduct phone screenings and evaluations
  • Negotiate competitive rates
  • Track candidates’ progress throughout the sourcing process
  • Generate and manage advertisements on job boards and social networking websites
  • Respond and react quickly to changes in priorities and/or clients’ demands
  • Represent the company at job fairs and networking events (must be able to describe company service lines)
  • Knowledge of ATS, such as Google Hire
  • Knowledge of recruitment in the healthcare industry


Social Media Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Create engaging text, image and video content
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
  • Oversee social media accounts’ layout
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter and other social media best practices
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Self-motivated go getter
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify successes and failures and pivot when necessary
  • Team player
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • BA in Marketing or similar relevant field
