Crowd Cow is seeking a personable, focused and diligent part-time Customer Care Associate to provide exceptional online customer support. Our perfect candidate has a positive attitude, willingness to help, and learns quickly. This role will be challenging, yet rewarding in terms of gaining valuable work experience and making connections in the startup world in a short period of time.
Please note: This person must have the ability to work most of their hours during early evenings (approx 4-8pm) and on Saturdays.

Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
- Upbeat personality and go-getter attitude
- Clear, precise, warm, and cohesive communication style
- Calm and collected spirit in high-stress situations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings (approx 4-8pm) and Saturdays
- 1+ year’s experience in customer service
- Associates Degree or currently in pursuit of an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree
- Zendesk experience is a plus
The Customer Care Associate will be responsible for:
- Replying to customer inquiries efficiently and with a positive attitude
- Quickly extracting and organizing data from customer inquiries into deliverables
- Coordinating with team to ensure unforeseen issues are fixed immediately and alert appropriate team members of potential issues that might arise
- Conveying the Crowd Cow mission of convenience, friendliness, and providing only the best service to our customers
You’ll work from our headquarters in downtown Seattle as well as remote hours. Our office environment is casual, but we’re serious about our work and go all out to ensure our customers receive the best customer experience possible.
