Responsibilities:
- Develop robust understanding of healthcare customers across their lifecycle using market intelligence, research, and feedback from customer-facing teams
- Own and tailor messaging and positioning to key buyers and influencers
- Proactively leverage industry and customer insights to inform product strategy and requirements that generate meaningful and differentiated value to our target market
- Fuel the success of product launches and releases through internal and external communication, messaging, content, and internal training
- Enable the sales organization to understand Olive’s market differentiation and effectively deliver Olive’s value proposition to customers and prospects
- Create marketing collateral such as product data sheets, demos, sales presentations, white papers, case studies, and FAQs
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide insights and tools to help product, sales, and marketing teams navigate market dynamics and promote Olive’s unique value
- Identify, understand, and profile use cases that provide significant and scalable impact
- Analyze and quantify the growth potential, trade-offs, and market advantages for investing in new product and partner opportunities
Qualifications:
- Exceptional ability to perform and analyze primary and secondary research
- Results and data-driven attitude (proficiency with Excel required, intermediate to advanced skills preferred)
- Cross-functional leadership working with sales and product teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Track record of achieving results in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent project management and organization skills including the ability to prioritize and complete multiple assignments simultaneously
- Desire to learn, ask questions, and give/receive feedback
- Proficiency with Excel and Google docs
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
