RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop robust understanding of healthcare customers across their lifecycle using market intelligence, research, and feedback from customer-facing teams
- Own Olive’s market segmentation and customer journey map
- Profile and educate internal teams on Olive’s key customer personas - decision makers, buyers, influencers, and users - and how they interact
- Conduct competitive win-loss analysis and use insights to develop assets, such as battlecards and briefings, that enable Olive to differentiate and increase win rate
- Measure Olive’s average sales price, time to close, and customer lifetime value, and actively share ideas to improve the performance of these metrics
- Lead monthly market intelligence series to educate the sales and marketing organization on healthcare industry trends and the growing artificial intelligence category
- Monitor market landscape to identify strengths, opportunities, threats and weaknesses; use insights to accelerate Olive’s market leadership
- Measure Olive’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) and recommend improvements to increase it
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional ability to perform and analyze primary and secondary research, generating new insights and recommendations through both quantitative and qualitative approaches
- Results and data-driven experience: Advanced skills in Excel and SQL and proficiency in statistical software, such as R, SAS, and/or SPSS required
- Comfort with the unknown - desire to create structure and seek answers where little foundation exists
- Cross functional leadership working with sales and product teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Track record of achieving results in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent project management and organization including ability to prioritize and complete many assignments simultaneously
- Desire to learn, ask questions, and give/receive feedback
- Proficiency with survey platforms (Qualtrics preferred)
- BA/BS degree, MBA and major in finance, marketing, or strategy preferred
- 3-5 years work experience in consulting and/or B2B technology
