Director of Project Management Office

The Director, PMO Delivery will lead and manage our team of Project Managers and Technical Project Leads which are tasked with facilitating the delivery of our Artificial Intelligence as a Service (AIaaS) offering.

The incumbent is tasked with owning, implementing and executing strategies to standardize methodologies throughout the delivery teams.  You will work directly with other leaders within the Delivery organization and across the company to ensure that projects are scoped appropriately, planned accordingly and executed on-time.  You will ensure that the Professional Services Administration (PSA) system is being properly utilized and that metrics are accurately measured for your team. This position will report to our EVP of Delivery and work alongside our Director of Automation Solutions Delivery to help drive our company forward.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Project Management team in our Columbus based office as well as other remote customer locations in the United States to ensure that projects are being delivered effectively and with quality
  • Utilize your skills and experience to build and deliver a best-in-class project management program to the Olive organization
  • Manage all executional aspects of assigned projects including timeline, deliverables, resources and day-to-day project-related activities
  • Ensure project success and timeline while adhering to project budget
  • Own overall quality of the agile output and delivery schedule
  • Partner with the Operations Business Analysts, Finance and others to properly allocate cross-functional resources and work according to evolving priorities;
  • Effectively manage resources & capacity planning of your team
  • Resolve projects impediments and blockers, both internally and with customers while proactively managing workflow through effective sprint planning
  • Maintain working knowledge of Project Management software/tools/theories available in the marketplace

Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant project management experience
  • 5+ years experience leading teams in deadline driven project management environments
  • Experience managing projects within software automation or healthcare software implementation verticals
  • Knowledge of automation platforms and tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc)
  • Experience using Professional Services systems and Project Management tracking tools
  • Strong communication skills, especially when working with cross functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage team or executional resources autonomously
  • Passion for driving and implementing process improvement
  • Solutions-oriented approach to solving complex problems and challenges while maintaining optimism and practicality
