In this role, you’ll be responsible for guiding unique and sustainable product differentiation that makes Olive fly off the shelves. You’ll shape the future of our product roadmap and inform build/buy/partner decisions with customer and market data. The result? RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate size, viability, and target audience for potential product enhancements and partnerships that accelerate the value of Olive’s core automation capabilities, using customer and market data
- Understand and profile key personas for Olive’s platform and partnerships
- Enable the sales organization to understand Olive’s market differentiation and effectively deliver Olive’s value proposition to customers and prospects
- Identify, understand, and profile use cases that provide significant and scalable impact to customers, and articulate product requirements that will generate meaningful impact
- Engage customers in early access programs to gather feedback and refine product capabilities before general market availability and launch
- Own positioning and messaging of new product enhancements and partners
- Fuel the success of product launches and releases through internal and external communication, content, and internal training
- Work with industry experts, customers, and partners to capture best practices and annual economic value tied to key use cases
- Deeply understand and communicate Olive’s core product and platform including its versatile deployment with healthcare systems and communication standards
- Create marketing collateral such as product data sheets, demos, sales presentations, white papers, case studies, and FAQs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional ability to perform and analyze primary and secondary research
- Results and data-driven attitude (proficiency with Excel required, intermediate to advanced skills preferred)
- Comfort with the unknown - desire to create structure and seek answers where little foundation exists
- Cross functional leadership working with sales and product teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Track record of achieving results in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent project management and organization including ability to prioritize and complete many assignments simultaneously
- Desire to learn, ask questions, and give/receive feedback
- BA/BS degree, MBA and/or MHA and focus in finance, marketing, or strategy preferred
- 3-5 years work experience in consulting, product marketing or equivalent
