Paid Media Manager

Summary:
As the Paid Media Manager for Olive, you will execute and maintain campaigns across multiple platforms including, but not limited to, Search, Display, Programmatic, Content Syndication, and Social. You will be responsible for managing campaigns to budget and making recommendations to ensure the most effective and efficient use of spend.  Additionally, you will provide actionable campaign insights to the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute paid media campaigns across a variety of digital platforms using native and third-party tools 
  • Confidently manage campaigns from start to finish; working with Digital Team Lead to deliver effective digital campaigns
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media agencies, publishers, and platform partners such as RollWorks and Amobee
  • Act as digital media expert within the Marketing Demand Generation team at Olive
  • Work with Product Marketing to understand prospect and customer personas, buyer journeys and pain points in order to execute effective campaigns
  • Work with Marketing Operations Manager and Digital Specialist (Web) to develop in-depth, streamlined reports to showcase campaign performance
  • Assist with channel planning across digital placements, including search, social, display and others

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of digital media experience with social and search advertising
  • Previous experience with Google Adwords media buying
  • Comfort and experience with LinkedIn advertising buys is ideal
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, specifically for use in campaign performance reporting
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM is preferred
  • Experience with Business Intelligence platforms is preferred
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • BA/BS degree preferred
