Product Marketing Manager, Analytics and Optimization

In this role, you’ll be responsible for showing our customers how Olive is delivering increasing and unprecedented value by making good on her promise to show up for work everyday, do her job extremely well, and get smarter over time. You’ll work hand in hand with product, operations, and customer success teams responsible for delivering intelligent analytics and optimizing Olive’s performance - leading to new offerings that improve Olive’s impact. And you’ll masterfully drive the agenda for our annual customer summit and user groups, shoring up high impact use cases and innovation that produce meaningful results across the healthcare industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Craft compelling messaging, positioning, and proof points that capture Olive’s unique and increasing value from Omega, our command center and product capabilities dedicated to providing actionable insights and analytics 
  • Understand and profile Olive’s impact as she optimizes and automates new workflows, through content, case studies, demos, sales materials, and enablement sessions
  • Surface recommendations that allow Olive to build towards its vision of becoming the “internet of healthcare,” enabling greater transparency and data exchange
  • Proactively leverage industry and customer data to inform product strategy and requirements that generate meaningful and differentiated value to our target market 
  • Analyze and quantify the growth potential, trade-offs, and market advantages for investing in new product enhancements, partnerships, and services that will extend the value of Olive’s analytics, insights, and self-service tools
  • Own insights about post-purchase customer journey that enable marketing, sales and customer success teams to nurture new opportunities and grow enterprise-wide revenue
  • Drive agenda and content for customer user groups and annual OliveUS summit to showcase customer innovation, foster peer-to-peer exchange, and collect product feedback 

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Exceptional ability to perform and analyze primary and secondary research
  • Results and data-driven attitude (proficiency with Excel required, intermediate to advanced skills preferred)
  • Comfort with the unknown - desire to create structure and seek answers where little foundation exists
  • Cross functional leadership working with sales and product teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Track record of achieving results in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent project management and organization including ability to prioritize and complete many assignments simultaneously
  • Desire to learn, ask questions, and give/receive feedback
  • Proficiency with Excel and Google docs
  • BA/BS degree, MBA and/or MHA and focus in finance, marketing, or strategy preferred
  • 3-5 years work experience in consulting, product marketing or equivalent
