Lead Product Manager - Head of Enterprise applications

Craft is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Product Manager, with experience building integrated, scalable, and robust enterprise applications.  The Head of Enterprise Applications will report to the Head of Product and will spearhead the development of all enterprise applications and external integrations at Craft.

  • Lead the prioritization and implementation of features and products across the entire suite of enterprise applications including but not limited to  Craft API (300+ fields), customer dashboards and third-party integrations such as Salesforce and Tableau
  • Own the product execution from initial concepts and wireframes to collaborating with designers and developers to deploy into production
  • Work closely with the sales, application engineers, and customer success managers to define and prioritize features for the enterprise applications
  • Define and maintain KPIs that measure the success of products and features

  • 5+ years product management experience in a technology business, including managing delivery of products from start to finish
  • Experience using user analytics tools and research to inform decisions
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience leading and collaborating with remote engineering teams
  • Experience building enterprise applications preferably in data analytics space
  • Experience building Salesforce integrations nice to have
  • Experience setting and executing OKRs a bonus
