Customer Support Manager (remote ok)

We are looking for a remote Customer Support Manager with experience in customer support and sales to join our team.

Responsibilities Include:

- Understand our services, provide answers and offer solutions to customer and chef inquiries relating to our product in a timely manner
- Provide support to customers and respond to inquiries through multiple channels including phone, chat and email, in line with company standards for communication
- Assist our community of chefs with any questions or requests pertaining to our platform, upcoming experiences, tools and communication

Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience in sales role is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and responsive
- Possess an interest in food
- Working efficiently in a home office environment
- Proficient in Google Suite and Excel

Hourly Rate:
$9-12 depending on experience

Must be available on Saturday, Sunday from 9am-1pm PST plus an additional 3-4 weekdays during business hours, 9am to 6pm PST. (This position is available part-time OR full-time)
