Case Intake and management Specialist
Handles incoming calls and leads for the various departments in the office. Is able to gather information electronically and orally to make decisions about case selection and acceptance. Works with lawyers and experienced case managers in final case acceptance decisions, gathers all needed initial information, coordinates follow up scheduled in person, telephone, or facetime meetings with lawyers and or senior case managers. Obtains needed documentation from appropriate sources for meetings as needed through appropriate online or faxed requests as needed. Someone who can handle a sizeable caseload and keep up with many clients in a professional manner is really important to us.

Case Management for 3+ years preferred but not required
Bilingual is a plus
Adjuster experience also a plus
