The candidate is responsible for working with our team to recruit and hire the next generation of superstars who work at Corva. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for finding and recruiting top talent to join our team.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify and recruit top technical talent
- Research and get-to-know possible candidates
- Develop new prospects and cultivate a pipeline of strong applicants
- Attend job fairs, campus events and other recruitment opportunities
- Conduct thoughtful and efficient phone screens and in-person interviews
- Develop project staffing strategies and recruitment programs
- Ensure all work is prioritized and completed correctly
- Prepare written reports regarding status and progress
- Other duties as required
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- Extensive knowledge of recruiting and hiring process
- Minimum of 3 (three) years in HR
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to present effectively to groups of people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with teams effectively
- Four-year degree
- Analytical thinking skills
Recommended but not required:
- Experience in upstream oil & gas
- Experience in software company
- Working knowledge of drilling software
