The Day-to-Day
· Establish and maintain relationships with leaders of corporate training, talent management and leadership development within Fortune 5000 organizations.
· Build and maintain a sales pipeline.
· Prospect through phone calls, emails, networking events and social media.
· Consult with prospects and business targets about our services.
· Attend weekly sales meetings.
· Report regularly on progress or opportunities to develop new business channels or networks.
· Assist in creating and delivering proposals.
· Interact regularly with L&D recruiting staff on new and open requirements.
· Travel occasionally (up to 20%).
Requirements
· Have five years or more of B2B sales experience within a services organization
· Ability to assess the competitive landscape
· Possess a high level of business acumen and the ability to chart new territories and create business opportunities
· Excellent networking skills
· Ability to problem-solve and think critically
· Excellent written, verbal, analytical, persuasive and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Background in selling staffing services, training services, business process outsourcing or human capital solutions
· Experience with or exposure to recruiting and hiring practices within large corporations and corporate learning departments
