As an eLearning Instructional Systems Design and Development Intern, you will:
--Partner with internal teams to produce high quality eLearning content.
--Work with project managers to complete projects on time and within budget.
--Work with project managers to ensure completed projects meet our clients’ expectations.
--Use content development tools (Storyline 360, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia) to develop eLearning modules.
--Edit eLearning modules based on client feedback.
--Assist with quality assurance by reviewing eLearning module functionality.
--Assist with quality assurance by proofreading and editing team deliverables, including eLearning modules, storyboards, PowerPoint presentations, training manuals, job aides, etc.
--Create multimedia elements for eLearning courses from storyboards.
--Create voiceover scripts and job aides for eLearning courses from storyboards.
--Assist with LMS administration.
--Assist with all aspects of creating quality eLearning course material, including course design documents, course outlines, course descriptions, storyboard, PowerPoint slides, diagrams, interactive exercises, and assessments.
--Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Instructional Systems Design and Technology, Educational Technology, or similar
--Must have excellent written and verbal English language skills
--Must provide own laptop with high-speed Internet access
--Must be able to work year-round, not just during the summer
The ideal candidate is familiar and comfortable with the following programs/skills:
--Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
--Graphic Design and/or video experience a plus
--Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro experience a plus
--Course/User Interface Design
