Copado is looking for talented, hardworking individuals with great energy, leadership, and initiative to drive awareness for one of the fastest growing applications in the Salesforce ecosystem. 
 
The Senior Enterprise Account Executive must demonstrate the ability to develop a strategy for targeting enterprise customers in an assigned geography.  H/She will be expected to build an effective go-to-market strategy to drive awareness, build advocacy, engage in account planning and identify and manage new Sales opportunities by working proactively and collaboratively with our channel partners and supporting teams.  
 
 
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, your typical day will include::
  • Develop and drive the regional strategy for growth and new customer acquisition in the enterprise customer base.
  • Collaborate with your team to define & deliver compelling value proposition in order to generate opportunities. 
  • Track, analyze and communicate to senior management key metrics and business trends - as they relate to your region
  • Support all aspects of regional development including, but not limited to, leading others, meeting with customer influencers from different channels (Implementation partners, ISVs and Salesforce.com Sales and Customer Success groups) to identify targets, along with, planning and executing focused marketing activities.
  • Engage with your regions customers to ensure they are setup for success.

This job is for you if you have:
  • Been solely responsible for selling technology and IT Solutions to the enterprise for at least the last  7+ years.
  • Worked in the Salesforce ecosystem for the last 3+ years in a sales capacity.
  • Experience in closing business in Northern Europe, comprising of Netherlands and Nordics region.
  • Shown a strong  ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
  • Possess pride in your ability to engage with all kinds of people ,building and leveraging relationships to create mutually beneficial value.
  • Been an expert at multitasking, and working with shifting priorities and uncertainty in a startup environment.
  • You aren’t afraid to pick up the phone and reach out to a company we’ve never worked with before.
  • Taken ownership of problems and work tirelessly to lead the planning and execution to resolve them.
  • Passion to lead and build a region by collaborating and motivating others to execute a defined plan and strategy.
