Copado has an exciting opportunity for a talented, hardworking salesperson looking for a growth opportunity with one of the fastest growing applications in the Salesforce ecosystem. 

The Sales Operations Manager (SOM) is responsible to support the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. Reporting to the VP of Sales the SOM also works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization.   The SOM is responsible for planning, reporting, sales process optimization, sales training & onboarding, sales program implementation and supporting of the global sales organization at Copado.

This is a hands on job as we need someone to execute day to day processes/tasks to ensure business operations run smoothly, whilst building a strategic vision of operations across the company.

As the Sales Operations Manager, a typical day will include:
  • Providing the global sales team proactive and reactive support to assure that they can effectively sell Copado solutions.
  • Defining and executing a structured sales onboarding program.
  • Proactively working closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Assisting sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies within, and across the organization that affect sales velocity.
  • Coordinating sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
  • Supporting the process of development and assignment of sales quotas.
  • Identifying, defining, developing and managing the key sales reporting data including forecasting, opportunity management and other KPIs.
  • Managing the selection and implementing enabling cloud solutions, including CRM, to sales management and sales team to align with defined sales process and enable accurate sales performance reporting. 
  • Monitoring the sales organization compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data.
  • Defining the sales opportunity closure checklist and enforcing the data quality and process adherence.
  • Assuring all downstream business functions input needs are met. This includes, but not limited to, Customer Success, Professional Services, Finance and Support.

  • You have a minimum of 3 years experience in Sales and Sales Operations.
  • You love building relationships and have a proven track record of using your incredible problem-solving, organizational and interpersonal skills to support sales .
  • You have exceptional communication skills and a real desire to help sales teams operate efficiently and effectively.
  • You are highly organized, take initiative, require little direction and have a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience administering Salesforce.com.
  • Working with a Salesforce Quote to Cash product (ideally CPQ)
