As a successful candidate for this position, you would be responsible for:
• Managing the day to day operation of condominium corporations.
• Liaison between Board members and contractors.
• Advise Boards with respect to professional consultants and fees, including legal counsel, insurance brokers, appraisers, accounting firms, auditors, and contractors.
• Deal with suppliers to ensure that all required services are being performed.
• Report periodically to management on the status of the property.
• Ensure compliance with any and all applicable government regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to the Board and all residents.
• Help oversee the administrative responsibilities of onboarding new condo corporations inclusive of information compilation, and owner/tenant follow-up.
• Handling of resident requests or problems efficiently, professionally and in a timely manner.
• Handling of emergency situations.
• Attending evening Board meetings.
• Handling personal and sensitive information in a confidential professional manner.
• Perform administrative duties which may include taking minutes for meetings, negotiating vendor contracts, maintaining and updating files.
• Assist with sales growth cycle by creating proposals and participating in interviews.
• Opportunities to assist with the creation and implementation of sales strategies.
• Opportunities to provide leadership and direction in the development of short-term and long-range organizational growth.

If you have the following attributes this position would be ideal for you.
• 3+ years of condominium management experience.
• 5+ years of previous experience in a customer service oriented environment.
• Previous experience in management of individuals or departments.
• Entrepreneurial minded with a passion for building your network.
• Competent financial background.
• Strong time management skills.
• Process oriented.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively from home.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Be able to “wear different hats” during your work week.
• Competent with computer programs with a specific focus of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google applications.
