Innofit Inc. is a specialty firm that serves the ever-growing condominium and rental market in the GTA. We are hiring a full-time Facility Manager in the High Park area to manage the daily operations of an Athletic Club. Through Activation and customization/programming, we give members the opportunity to engage and interact thus creating a community setting.
Job Responsibilities
- Effectively lead a team of 4-8 staff members, supporting them through continuous coaching and training
- Ensure that all Departments (Sales, Front Desk Operations, and Instructors) are performing effectively, and are meeting or exceeding company goals
- Manage the daily operations of the Athletic Club including overseeing programming, sales and reporting activities to management
- Manage sales targeting and budget analysis
- Administer scheduled programming, and research future programming opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service to all members & clients
- Administration duties; answering phone calls, emails
- Responding to requests, inquiries, and complaints
- Schedule events accurately and receive payments
- Maintain detailed records i.e. documents and spreadsheets
- Minimal pool and equipment maintenance, as required
- Other tasks as required
Job Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Management, completed
- Minimum of 2 years in an Operations or a leadership role
- First Aid training certificate
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work as a member of a team or individually as required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiar working with MS Office Suite and email applications
