Innofit Inc. is an amenity specialist firm that serves the ever-growing condominium market in the GTA. Innofit Inc. is hiring a full-time Amenity Managers in the downtown Toronto area to manage a team of Amenity Coordinators. You will execute and enhance exceptional customer service to condominium residents and guests.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Build team relations that foster an effective and productive environment
- Effectively manage a team of 3 - 6 Amenity Coordinators
- Read and comment on all daily reporting
- Brief all staff with any new changes
- Reception duties at amenities desk; answering phone calls, emails
- Answer requests, inquiries and complaints from residents
- Make bookings accurately, receive cheques and deposits
- Enforce policies for use and booking, condominium rules
- Perform pre and post-inspections for bookings
- Maintain documents and spreadsheets
- Administer scheduled programming, including set-up for fitness classes, coffee and tea evenings, movie nights
- Minimal pool maintenance
- Open or close facilities, depending on shift type
- Other tasks as required
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma completed or in progress
- Must possess two years of customer service experience and leadership experience
- Requires high energy, quick thinking, excellent written and communication skills
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
- Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional
- Ability to work as a member of a team or individually as required
- Have the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiar working with MS Office Suite and email applications
