What you will be doing…
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones and emails
- Assisting residents with requests and inquiries
- Liaison between building management and residents
- Receive payments and manage bookings accurately
- Enforce booking policies as per condominium rules
- Perform pre and post-inspections for bookings
- Administer scheduled programming, including set-up for fitness classes, coffee and tea evenings, movie nights
- Act as key holder for facilities, depending on shift type
- Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional
- Performing other duties as assigned
Who you are…
- Post-secondary degree or diploma completed or in progress
- Must possess at least one year of customer service experience
- Flexible work schedule and ability to work evenings and weekend
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
- Ability to work as a team member or individually as required
- Have the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiar working with MS Office Suite and email applications
