Innofit Inc. is a specialty firm that serves the ever-growing condominium and rental market in the GTA. We are hiring a part-time Recreation Coordinator in the High Park area to manage the daily operations of a Community Facility. The Recreation Coordinator position requires excellent customer service and administration experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative duties at the fitness center desk; answering client inquiries via phone, emails, or in-person
- Receive payments and update the membership database accurately
- Enforce policies for use and bookings, fitness center rules
- Maintain documents and spreadsheets
- Administer scheduled programming, including set-up for fitness classes
- Open or close facilities, depending on shift type
- Performing minimal pool maintenance duties
- Requires high energy, quick thinking, excellent written and oral communication skills
Job Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma completed or in progress
- Must possess one year of customer service experience
- Ability to work as a member of a team or individually as required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiar working with MS Office Suite and email applications
