Sales Consultant

Concierge Auctions is seeking several Sales Consultants to join its growing team.  This is an exciting opportunity for a tenured sales professional who is driven and passionate about entering the high-end real estate industry.  

The ideal candidate is a professional looking for an opportunity to join a high growth and innovative company that is on a mission to transform the traditional luxury real estate transaction process.  As a Sales Consultant, you will be part of a smart, fun and driven centralized sales team whose goal is to drive broad awareness of the value of Concierge Auction services, establish mutually beneficial partnerships with top-producing realtors, and sell the value of our services to luxury home buyers and sellers around the world.

We seek an individual that is extremely detail oriented, a strong communicator and enjoys perfecting the art of building relationships while selling over the phone. The ideal candidate is comfortable starting conversations with financially-sophisticated and high net worth individuals and real estate brokers.  The ideal candidate also enjoys the benefits of working in an inside sales team environment that has a passion for hitting sales goals.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Handle inquiries from top-producing realtors, luxury home buyers, and/or luxury home sellers to establish, develop, qualify, and advance qualified sales opportunities to the field sales team
  • Pre-qualifying leads to meet our business model
  • Generating compelling interest in our services by educating and articulating the mutual benefits of partnering with Concierge Auctions to buy and sell high-end luxury homes
  • Executing a plan to convert leads to sales opportunities 
  • Types of sales development conversations can include one or more of the following:
  • Qualifying and registering bidders for active auctions
  • Qualifying luxury home sellers/listing agents and advancing home sales opportunities to the in-market sales team
  • Driving registrations to our preferred real estate agent network
  • Managing a pipeline of leads and logging all activity details using Salesforce.com
  • Participating in regular training and education sessions
  • Setting an example through all actions and communications that upholds Concierge Auctions mission and core values

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Passion for relationship-building and selling over the phone
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexible work hours with the possibility of weekends.
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent at building rapport
  • 2-4 years experience in account management, customer success, sales, real estate industry, or related industry
  • 1-2 years experience with Salesforce.com
