Sales Manager

Concierge Auctions is seeking a Sales Manager to support the Senior Vice President of Business Development in the people and logistics management of our field sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and tracking KPIs, coaching, scheduling, and managing a team of field sales employees and contractors. 

This is an exciting opportunity within an innovative and high growth company that is on a mission to transform the traditional luxury real estate transaction process. We need someone who is very motivated, flexible and proactive that can excel in a fast paced and demanding environment. 

The primary goal of the Sales team is to drive broad awareness of the value of Concierge Auction services, establish mutually beneficial partnerships with top-producing realtors, and develop sales relationships with luxury home buyers and sellers around the world. As Sales Manager overseeing the team you will:

  • Manage a high-performing sales team that is focused on acquiring and registering bidders for luxury property auctions around the world.
  • Recruit, motivate, train, coach and develop a team of highly effective sales professionals
  • Set performance expectations and hold sales team accountable for sales results and adhering to a sales process and standard messaging
  • Coach to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize staffing, productivity and sales results 
  • Work with Director of Inside Sales and SVP of Business Development to ensure pipeline management alignment
  • Collaborate with marketing to create and align sales activity with demand generation strategy and campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales operations to test, optimize, train and coach to standard sales processes and messaging
  • Inspire and foster a high-performing and high-integrity sales culture
  • Set an example through all actions and communications that upholds company mission and core values
  • Additional responsibilities assigned by SVP of Business Development as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience and success in managing, and motivating a field sales teams
  • Analytical and experienced with managing sales workforce, forecasts and budgets
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with high net-worth or executive level clients
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Technically savvy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent process creation, implementation and follow up
  • Calm under pressure
