Sales Analyst, Supply Chain

Principal Accountability
The Sales Analyst, CHC Supply Trust, will assist with the promotion of our Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) offering within the prescribed target audience facilitating the advancement of customers through our sales process and supporting the Supply Trust team as specified herein.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor degree in Business or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Masters in Healthcare Administration and/or Business preferred.
- One to two years consultative sales experience in the healthcare industry and/or similar experience preferred, with a work record that demonstrates:
- Selling a product or service within the health care industry to senior level executives
- Working knowledge of hospital operations
- Knowledge/experience in the supply chain, healthcare materials management and group purchasing operations preferred

- Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
Major Responsibilities
- Interact and collaborate with CHC Corporate Supply Chain team
- Research and develop lists of potential customers in conjunction with Vice President of Business Development, Supply Trust
- Develop and track sales leads
- Make regular sales calls to advance relationships and follow up on leads
- Support the development of sales proposals for customers
- Interact with facility management teams to gather appropriate data, identify and define needs and targets of opportunity for improvement as a result of data analysis
- Respond to customers' needs and follow through on all aspects of customer requests, both written and verbal
- Assess and respond to organizational and customers needs with innovative programs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work effectively with all departments - corporate and facility - to make a significant contribution to the organization's overall effectiveness
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of activities, industry trends and government regulations as appropriate for GPO and healthcare industry
- Help to meet established sales quotas and revenue goals
- Facilitate conference calls, web-ex presentations, and other sales meetings for Supply Trust
