Commsignia is a leading software and hardware provider on the emerging Vehicle-to-Vehicle and Vehicle-to-Infrastructure (V2X) communication market, with a mission toincrease traffic safety and efficiency on the road.
We are currently looking for a Sales coordinator, which gives you a great opportunity to be a part of a growing team working on the automotive technology with the biggest automotive customers. We need your exceptional organizational and problem-solver skills to support the sales team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases.
Responsibilities
- Register new customers, keep the customer database up-to-date.
- Perform customer validation, develop the company's KYC process.
- Validate incoming purchase orders, process them or handle necessary corrections with the customer.
- Register and maintain customer agreements, certificates and track their validity.
- Fill and update vendor registration forms and databases.
- Track and update customer pipeline.
- Work with sales team members to assure accurate administration.
- Cooperate with the finance team on invoicing.
General requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or another relevant role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, or relevant field preferred
- Fluent Hungarian and English knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
- Team-player mindset, willingness to learn
- Ability to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
- Goal-oriented and accurate personality
- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to challenge the status quo, bring your ideas into the company
