Sales representative (USA)


Commsignia is a leading software and hardware provider on the emerging Vehicle-to-Vehicle and Vehicle-to-Infrastructure (V2X) communication market, with a mission to increase traffic safety and efficiency on the road. Our main markets are Automotive Manufacturers, Tier-1 Automotive Suppliers and road infrastructure operators. As our Michigan-based Sales Representative you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our management team on planning and executing the country sales strategy and expanding our US presence by providing world-class service to our clients.

 Your tasks will be:
1. Maintaining presence in the USA (Working from MI office):
  • Execute country sales strategy, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Participate on trade shows, demo events, etc.
  • Review and improve Commsignia sales approach / process based on existing knowledge.
2. Business development – OEM:
  • Engage with OEMs (R&D, Product Development, Purchasing) to promote software offering.
  • Continuous maintenance of client relationships, identification of production programs and requirements
  • Execution of business plan for markets covered by representative.
  • Relay back OEM information to Commsignia product development.
  • Sale of Hardware EVKs, Software Development Licenses.
  • Sale of services – hardware development, training, support.
3. Business development – Tier-1:
  • Identify all major Tier-1/Tier-2 customers globally and come up with a plan to open doors (incl. smart antenna providers, ADAS/infotainment system developers).
  • Engage with Tier-1s (R&D, Product Development, Purchasing) to promote software offering. Most of the Tier-1s have ongoing V2X hardware development in various product flavors regarding V2X placement (smart antennas, telematics unit, ADAS fusion).
  • Sale of Hardware- and Software EVKs, Software Development Licenses, Software royalties for mass production.
  • Sale of services – hardware development, training, support.

  • Experience Level: 5+ years
  • Education Level: Bachelor of Science
  • Travel Amount: Up to 70%
  • Hands-on experience in understanding complex customer requirements related to in-vehicle components (ADAS, TCU, etc.)
  • Great communication skills
  • Experience working in B2B channel sales environment
  • Drivers license
