Commsignia is a leading software and hardware provider on the emerging Vehicle-to-Vehicle and Vehicle-to-Infrastructure (V2X) communication market, with a mission to increase traffic safety and efficiency on the road. As a Delivery Manager of the team, you will have the opportunity to bring your ideas in and join us in the organization and process development. Responsibilities: 
  • Overall responsibility for building up and the managing of both the Project Management and the Customer Support teams (6-8 people)
  • Define and implement the Commsignia project management framework and methodology, including processes, documentation, tooling and reporting system
  • Management and oversight of the complete Commsignia project portfolio. 
  • Ensure Commsignia Projects and Customer Support Activities are completed in good quality, successfully within time and budget
  • Reporting on the project portfolio and the customer support status in a transparent and consistent manner
  • Define and implement the Commsignia customer support framework and systems, define and implement processes the support ticketing system and implement the reporting of customer support activities
  • Serve as the immediate escalation point on customer project and customer support service delivery related issues
  • Provide supervision and act as a mentor for the project managers and the customer support team lead
  • Organize and maintain effective team and stakeholder communication
 
Requirements:

  • 10+ years Project Management experience, including Software Development and Implementation projects. Project Portfolio Management / Project Office Management experience is a strong advantage
  • Experience with Scrum & Agile 
  • Degree in Computer Science or (Software) Engineering or Business – equivalent work experience is acceptable
  • Strong leadership skills, great ability in team management, capability to motivate and influence others
  • Top down thinking and ability to think in a structured, concept-based manner
  • Sound knowledge of project management methodologies, concepts and practices 
  • Outstanding communications skills in Hungarian and English is a must (both verbal and written)
  • Quality-oriented, agile personality who is not afraid of taking ownership and responsibility
  • Ability and openness to work and succeed with diverse cultural environments
  • Great planning and execution skills.
  • Ability to prioritize under pressure and handle heavy workload when necessary
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
 
Advantages:

  • Work experience as a Software Delivery Manager
  • Experience in building frameworks, processes and teams
  • PMP/PMI certification
  • Experience in customer facing roles and/or supporting sales teams
