Sales + Account Management - Midwest Region
College Chefs was created with the goal of bringing classically trained chefs that cook fresh, from- scratch food in fraternity and sorority houses nationwide for full food service. As an Account Manager, you’ll be working directly with these local houses to help create an awesome kitchen environment through College Chefs food service programs. You’ll provide a consultative approach to every sale and work with each client to determine their houses needs and desired meal plan, because we succeed when our clients have ridiculously good food.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients from University Systems across the country
- Develop a successful sales strategy within a given territory through pipeline maintenance, networking within the Greek System, adopting and applying specific marketing efforts to local Universities, and ultimately bringing business to closure
- Consult, educate, strategize, and successfully sell College Chefs services through calling, emailing, and traveling to different University/Greek systems- strong communication and tenacity are key!!!
- Become an expert in College Chefs food service solutions and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit clients needs- asking probing questions and handling objections will be critical to your success.
- Achieve and consistently succeed annual sales goals.

- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) and 2 years in high volume sales experience
- Excellent, “no fear” communication skills
- General computer, email, and smart-phone technology proficiency
- Ability to travel nationwide an average of 3 days per week
