IT Security Specialist

At CoLab Software, we empower engineering teams to build the future, faster. Our first product is a cloud-based design review and issue tracking platform developed specifically for the workflow of manufacturing teams using Computer Aided Design (CAD) software. We're growing, and are looking for an IT Security Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain corporate network infrastructure
  • Help procure and maintain networking equipment and other hardware
  • Design, implement and enforce additional organizational security policies
  • Help audit the application from a security perspective and address issues
  • Help maintain CI and CM processes from a security perspective
  • Contribute to the company and product vision, ideation and planning from a security and IT perspective

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of networking and security practices
  • Experience and skills required to implement secure corporate networks
  • A drive to learn and grow
  • Previous experience with Python, AWS and or Ansible would be considered an asset
  • Previous experience with CI Pipelines and or test automation would be considered an asset
