Job Title: Sales Executive, Account Executive, Business Development
Location: San Jose, CA or Remote from Bay Area
Duration: Full Time, Direct Hire - Permanent
In-Person Interview after phone, client will cover the interview expenses.
Responsibilities:
- This position will be responsible for opening, developing, negotiating and closing Digital Globalization Services business with new accounts in the San Jose geography.
- Work with internal colleagues and resources to analyze the business need and develop solutions that will meet prospective client s business goals.
- Lead the business development cycle and coordinate the team of marketing, sales and solutions architects.
- Prepare account plan(s) and industry trends;
- Follow-up on leads; strengthen ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
- Participate in trade shows and attend local networking events frequently.
- Negotiate favorable terms for Master Services Agreements with new clients.
- Travel to prospects and new clients; frequent travel required.
- This position reports directly to the VP Sales.
Skills:
- 3 - 5 years of experience working as Account Executive, Accounts Manager, Biz Development Executive or Sales Executive
- Focus on business, awareness of competitive environment, excellent networking skills.
- Must have localization, globalization and AI-related data engineering + curation services experience.
- Strong organizational and administration skills.
- Fluent in English; additional language knowledge a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Education and experience
- Bachelor s degree, or combination of education and experience.
- 3 5 years of sales experience as an individual contributor.
- Demonstrated named account sales success, Fortune 500 a plus.
