Program Success Manager - Dallas

Education Technology Startup is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and driven Program Manager who is hungry to partner with a dynamic team in growing our Dallas, TX center.

As a key member of the Dallas team, you will work directly with HQ to create immense impact in growing one of our satellite programs. You are expected to strategically identify and engage prospective student audiences, problem solve creatively, develop deep relationships with community groups, and drive results, all while holding true to the theme of program success throughout the entire student experience.

First and foremost, you must be passionate about technology. You are disciplined, driven by driving revenue, and entrepreneurial to the core. You thrive in leading small and large groups. You have excellent interpersonal communication skills particularly in a one on one setting. The ideal person is comfortable wearing many hats, and strives to create an outstanding program experience for our students.

Who are we?
We are a fast growing education-technology startup that provides an accelerated track to becoming a software developer in today's growing tech market. We take people with little to no experience in development and train them to be self-sufficient developers in 14 weeks, which in turn opens a whole new set of career and economic opportunities. We have 10 campuses across the US, and counting.

What you’ll get to do…
  • Drive the entire enrollment lifecycle in partnership with the HQ team to meet monthly conversion and utilization goals. The goal is to enroll students who are truly passionate, hardworking, and committed to our intensive program.
  • Build partnerships with key Influencers within the local tech community in an effort to create exciting events and projects that attract success-driven students passionate about code.
  • Support local marketing efforts to generate and secure new interest in our program for prospective students and partners. 
  • Track and report the effectiveness of events in terms of conversion to student and attendee satisfaction.
  • Work closely with prospective students, answer questions regarding enrollment, financial aid, career development support, curriculum or other student services, and help to remove obstacles in the decision making process.
  • Support enrolled students throughout their boot camp experience and post-graduation in partnership with instruction and career services to ensure each and every student meets his or her goals.
  • Embrace strategic relationships with students to encourage proactive feedback and sculpt an outstanding customer experience for each and every student, thus translating this feedback to improve student experience and outcome.
  • Serve as the local compliance lead when working with your state's workforce commission
