Director of Product Marketing

As the Director of Product Marketing, you will manage marketing initiatives for brand awareness, marketing content, website design, social media, webinars, campaigns and other key initiatives.  You will work across Marketing and Sales to create a top-to-bottom account based marketing strategies.  

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a team player and be able to manage multiple timelines and deliverables simultaneously within a tech startup environment.

Responsibilities 

  • Translate brand and product vision into differentiated and compelling campaigns for each audience and enable the outward facing teams to carry our story
  • Take responsibility for results and closely monitor key success metrics including customer acquisition effectiveness, win rates, and customer renewal
  • Create marketing strategies to fill sales pipeline with qualified leads; email nurture campaigns, Direct mail, Display retargeting, etc.
  • Develop and enhance product positioning and messaging and effectively communicate value propositions to equip sales and marketing
  • Take the lead on developing pricing strategies for new product launches and recommend structural price changes for existing offerings

Qualifications 

  • BA/BS Engineering, Marketing or Communications (or equivalent skills/experience)
  • 5+ years of professional experience in B2B tech including at least 3 years in Product Marketing, Strategy or Management Consulting
  • Background preferably includes marketing of enterprise subscription-based software, API, data or SaaS solutions targeting technology buyers.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop impactful, fact-based, value propositions that require a strong analytical and creative thought process.
  • Experience in designing, building, and optimizing websites, social pages, SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Experience partnering closely with sales leadership and a measurable, mathematical understanding of the connection between demand generation and revenue growth
