Interns at Code and Theory are creative people whose excitement for digital thinking is apparent in everything they do. They are drivers of innovation, naturally curious thinkers and creators who consider function and aesthetic to be equally bear equal importance. By sourcing from a set of divergent and unique backgrounds, we ensure that we can constantly apply fresh thinking and diverse ideas to the unique challenges we are tasked to solve every day.

Ultimately we push our clients towards a future of fully-connected content experiences—creating new spaces to communicate across touchpoints and environments, and uncovering new opportunities to break through the noise in a competitive world of information overload.

During your internship, you will:

  • Conduct research to further develop your skills and interests while deepening your team’s discipline knowledge
  • Make valuable and impactful contributions to 1-2 project teams’ output and solutions for industry-leading projects and clients 
  • Develop and hone your process while expanding your toolkit to include industry-quality ideas and deliverables
  • Practice defending your work, perfecting your craft and fighting for users while balancing project, business and technical constraints

  • Eagerness to learn about a wide variety of topics, products, and businesses
  • Flexible attitude in shifting environments
  • Self-motivated, willing to jump right in and take chances
  • Naturally curious, proactive thinker and a strong presenter
  • Equally comfortable working autonomously as you are hyper-collaboratively
  • Humility, willingness to take on any task to ensure a successful outcome, and eager to learn from those around you
