Service Operations Coordinator

Our client is a leading provider of medical devices for non-invasive surgical treatment solutions. For their main office in Dallas, TX, they are looking for a 
Service Operations Coordinator (part-time 50%)

Minimum requirements/qualifications:
These are only minimum qualifications for this position at this grade level.  Other factors are taken into consideration when deciding what position and grade level to place an employee such as performance level, capable contribution level and company need.
     At least 5 years' experience with the responsibilities mentioned above
     Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ERP (Priority – desired) 
     Experience working in the Medical Device Industry -  desired
     Experience working with domestic and international logistic groups 
     Team worker
     Ability to work with multiple points of contacts in parallel
     Availability to work outside of applicable working hours – on rare occasions.

Handling systems and parts shipments sent from HQ overseas to Dallas office/direct to sites (customs clearance, delivery companies, etc.)
Handling sales, service and consumables shipments within the Americas and other specific destinations
Dallas spare parts and treatment kits warehousing
Upon regulatory approval, prepare treatment kits 
Pick up of faulty parts from the sites as per above and returning them to HQ overseas in timely manner.
Support purchasing process and  provide backup for the purchasing orders handling done by Dallas office
