CMT is seeking a Graphic Designer to be responsible for the design and maintenance of a broad range of graphic and marketing materials supporting CMT’s products, brand, website, campaigns, and social media accounts. Working closely with the Director of Design, you’ll have the opportunity to work across many groups including Product, Marketing, and Sales to support our business strategies and goals.
Responsibilities
- Create, design, and revise corporate graphics while maintaining a consistent brand identity
- Work collaboratively with various departments, including product, marketing, and sales, to provide superior graphic design that accurately reflects CMT’s brand
- Design and/or refine product and corporate materials (brochures, product sheets, templates, etc.)
- Design sales & marketing materials (pitch decks, flyers, brochures, posters, print and online advertisements, OOH advertisements, trade show collateral)
- Design graphics for website and social media platforms
Required Skills
- Degree in graphic design/creative arts or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Ability to distill complex ideas into simple designs
- Excellent graphic design and typography skills
- High level of attention to detail with a results-driven attitude
- Desire to be a team player and work in a collaborative environment
- Ability and desire to be an evangelist for CMT’s mission and brand
