Senior Salesforce Project Manager - Remote

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Capture and document workflow processes and procedures
  • Configure Salesforce.com based on requirements and best practices
  • Utilize acquired knowledge of Salesforce.com and the business to analyze current business processes, suggest improvements, and participate in design and implementation of new functionality
  • Research potential business requirement solutions using various resources including but not limited to the Salesforce.com AppExchange
  • Manage project tasks and effort in the Project management tool
  • Manage service and support requests and effort in the Incident Management tool
  • Assist in the user acceptance testing (UAT) process including creating and validating UAT scripts and coordinating UAT process with users
  • Create training materials and conduct training
  • Create testing plans and procedures
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards
  • Make changes to data with data loader and other tools


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years implementing, configuring and administering Salesforce.com
  • 5+ years in Shared Service
  • Project Management Software Capability
  • Salesforce.com experience in configuration, support, and analyst roles
  • Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing integrating, and supporting solutions
  • Experience working directly with internal customers and project owners
  • Experience with Sales, Marketing and Field Service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills; ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders; key accomplishments, next steps, issues/risks
  • Manage scope and schedules
