Senior Salesforce Administrator - Remote

The Senior Salesforce Administrator position is responsible for the configuration and implementation of Salesforce.com that supports our client's business strategies and objectives. This role is a customer facing consulting position that provides Salesforce best practices and adoption techniques to our client's management and business users.

Essential Functions

Strategy & Planning
  • Acquire and interpret business requirements, creates a functional specification, provide accurate estimates, and meet deadlines on deliverables.
  • Work closely with business leadership and other key stakeholders in the design, configuration & build of the our client's Salesforce instance.
  • Submit and review process improvement recommendations for existing deployments of Salesforce.

Acquisition & Deployment
  • Perform analysis of business models, logical specifications, and/or customer requirements to design and build Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide generalized production technical support.
  • Ability to Quickly Transition from one client to another daily.

Operational Management
  • Design complex user roles, security, profiles, and workflows rules.
  • Creation of Lightning App Profiles
  • Ensure data integrity through the appropriate use of de-duping and data loading tools for bulk imports of data.
  • Design and Create reports and dashboards.
  • Design and Build custom objects and fields.
  • Guide client's in translating requirements into Salesforce configuration, identifying where custom development/integration may need to occur.

Position Requirements Formal Education & CertificationBachelor Degree Preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification and/or Sales Cloud, Service Cloud required.
  • Communities, Marketing Cloud, CPQ or Pardot Certification a plus

Knowledge & Experience3+ years of experience implementing, configuring or administering Salesforce.com
  • 2+ years designing and maintaining complex user roles, security, profiles, and workflows rules.
  • 2+ years using data loading tools.
  • 2+ years creating reports and dashboards.
  • 2+ years experience with Lightning upgrades/migrations from Classic.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, eco-system and best practices
  • Ability to coordinate with internal developers and Salesforce account executives to provide solution suggestions.
  • Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies
  • Proven ability to understand business needs and translate them not only into processes that scale but also quickly deploy them in Salesforce
