We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our high-energy team supporting our global Salesforce.com CRM. This is a highly visible role and perfect for a hands-on Salesforce Administrator who can perform as a Salesforce.com SME and own& optimize a platform for a rapidly growing global organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Salesforce platform (user setups, profiles and roles, reports and dashboards, customize objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflow and validations)
- Work with Sales& Marketing stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide accurate reports and dashboards.
- Work with peers in IT to make data from Salesforce available to data analysis team in Azure.
- Facilitate sandbox refreshes and post refresh setup
- Understand and support data security (role hierarchy and rules sharing)
- Monitor and manage Salesforce releases and feature changes
- Improve and enhance global Salesforce.com CRM platform
- Assist and train users (technical and non-technical) and troubleshoot issues
- Select, implement, and integrate technology tools& best practices
- Document system processes and standard operating procedures
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Ability to develop effective relationships with business users, technical& non-technical colleagues, executive management.
- Leadership skills including ability to build and manage a team
- Hands-on experience with page lay-outs, record types, assignment rules, workflow, custom objects& fields, out bound messages, data loader, Salesforce for Outlook
- Ability to understand business processes and translate into enhanced system functionality
- Thorough understanding of SQL based system principles
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Lighting a plus
- DataLoader a plus
Education and Experience:
- 3-5 years’ Salesforce.com Administration experience in an enterprise environment
- Bachelor’s degree in CS or CE or other relevant degree
- Salesforce.com Certification preferred
