How you can help
Our vision is only possible with the right team. We’re looking for an entrepreneurially-minded operations leader to help drive operational excellence across the company and thrill users on both sides of our marketplace.
The role will be Manager / Director level depending on the candidate’s experience. Candidates will have the ability to influence the direction and success of a rapidly growing start-up and lead an extremely strong and motivated operations team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Define and optimize the customer journey to drive value to customers
- Define and develop customer success activities to improve customer satisfaction and supply utilization
- Drive alignment across the company to expand within existing accounts
- Test supply vetting processes in order to reduce operational burden
- Own and manage operational metrics tied to marketplace KPIs
- Partner with product and engineering to implement process improvements that can be productized with technology
- Grow and mentor a talented operations team
- Participate in annual business planning with quarterly business reviews
Your skills and experience can include
Your current role may be in any of a variety of places: business operations, customer success, sales, product, growth, or a combination of the above. The common thread is that you’re excited about understanding the needs of a user base in order to dramatically grow that base.
Skills that you could bring to the table should include:
- Strong background in operational process and excellence at early-stage tech companies
- A love of data and analysis that enables you to identify rate limiters as we scale
- First-hand experience with customer success, sales delivery, or marketplaces
- Experience working cross-functionally with creatives, engineers, analysts and product managers
- The ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for leadership
