What you'll be doing
We're looking for a highly-motivated and analytical Growth Manager to own our consumer app growth.
The Mobile Growth Manager will be responsible for driving and evolving our mobile growth strategy, and will work closely with product/engineering, business intelligence, and other channel owners to target and acquire new users via our best-in-class mobile app.

Responsibilities
  • Drive app installs and new members while balancing LTV:CAC
  • Manage push notifications and other mobile-centric messaging to drive engagement
  • Own the first 7 days of a user in the app
  • Evolve our mobile measurement capabilities and continually re-evaluate mobile KPIs
  • Deliver comprehensive reports on mobile app performance, from top-of-funnel ad performance to in-app engagement (including actionable insights for the product team)
  • Actively manage and carry out large-scale campaigns via various online advertising platforms
  • Develop benchmarks, set goals, plan and execute online marketing strategies
  • Create insightful, data-driven reports and draw meaningful conclusions that drive overall sales growth
  • Test, monitor and analyze performance and optimize according to KPIs
  • Design A/B tests to measure lift in campaign performance and improve conversion rate
  • Identify relevant trends and marketing opportunities, stay up to date with industry and platforms developments
  • Perform self-directed performance analyses and communicate key findings to team
  • Collaborate with internal creative team to create assets for campaigns

Qualifications
  • 2-5 years experience in growth marketing, with at least 1 year focused on mobile
  • 2+ years of working experience and a proven track record in successfully running online campaigns at scale - a must
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of these platforms/tactics: Apple Search Ads, Universal App Campaigns, App Store Optimization
  • Intermediate-to-advanced at Excel; skills with SQL
  • Equally comfortable making in-the-weeds campaign adjustments and presenting polished findings to C-level executives
  • Highly analytical individual who loves to interpret and analyze data
  • Diligent, proactive, highly organized team player
  • Ability to prioritize, plan and work independently, take initiative to find answers and make informed decisions
  • Experience with mobile app marketing 

BONUS
  • B.A. in a relevant field (communications, statistics, business, etc) 
  • Understanding of subscription-based business models
