We are a VC backed weather tech/SaaS start up with over $65 million in funding (with some of it from our own clients). We are doing things no-one in the industry or academia has done before to improve business decisions and impact parts of the world previously without weather data. We do this by using data from unique sources like cellular networks and other data sources to turn it into the most accurate real-time weather product out there (think: it’ll start raining in 17 minutes and stop in 22 right outside your home).

What this job is all about
You will serve as the face of ClimaCell with customers all over the world and have the opportunity to work closely with our CCO (also a co-founder)! You will also work closely with the product, marketing and sales teams to provide expert customer insight need to improve the user experience, product features, and best practices to ensure smooth adoption and customer satisfaction that will ultimately ensure  high renewal and referral rates from our customers.

What you'll do 
  • Perform initial on-boarding of accounts with enterprise level customers, ensuring strong adoption and ongoing satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary contact to manage and resolve any critical situations, in addition to providing updates while resolving an issue or through the on boarding process 
  • Guide, maintain and implement Customer Success best practices including tools and processes to ensure customers are satisfied and realizing the greatest possible value
  • Identify ways to monitor and identify usage trends to uncover renewal risks and support greater adoption rates
  • Use usage patterns to gain insights, provide guidance and increase customer satisfaction
  • Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and ensure high renewal rates
  • Execute a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy that proactively maintains high customer satisfaction

What it takes

  • 3+ years experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
  • Experience in the Saas/technology industry 
  • Experience working with clients including Fortune 500 companies 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, start up experience a plus 
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) 
  • Bachelor's Degree
