What you'll be doing

Help ClimaCell consumer app grow to hundreds of millions of users by gathering and extracting business insights for our product, user acquisition and marketing teams. As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will supply answers to questions that lie at the core of our business and help us make informed decisions about our marketing campaigns as well as existing and future product development. The solutions you supply may include reports as well as data visualizations and interactive dashboards.


  • Collaborate with performance marketing analysts and product managers to capture analytical requirements

  • Analyze data, develop reports and metrics, and extract insights from our data that will allow our teams to make better and more informed decisions

  • Communicate findings through data visualizations, written reports and face-to-face meetings

  • Work closely with our developers and infrastructure team to improve the design and implementation of our analytics backend

  • Understand nuances and structures of available data tables, and how those nuances impact our metric definitions

  • Manage and optimize large scale marketing campaigns, in a variety of industries, on an ongoing basis.
  • Carry out marketing research & Analyze marketing performance data.
  • Evangelize and support the adoption of BI across the company

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience doing quantitative analysis
  • 3+ years experience with digital marketing optimization or product optimization work i.e. funnel/website optimization and/or outbound channels like SEO, SEM, and email
  • 3+ years of experience in SQL and/or other programming language
  • Experience with reporting platforms like Tableau, Looker
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of finding problems, taking initiative, and executing on your own ideas
  • Strong experience in writing complex SQL queries
  • Understanding of data visualization principles

  • Ability to think critically about data and develop new empirical metrics

  • Highly independent and able to produce accurate and reliable results

  • Fluent in English, strong communication skills

  • Experience working with cloud data warehouses and OLAP (analytics) data

  • Familiarity with common reporting metrics such as retention and ROAS

Bonus
  • Experience in a mobile B2C product
  • Knowledge of statistics
  • Experience with designing database schemas.
  • Research and develop Machine Learning (ML) and statistical learning models for data analysis
