Sales Development Representative

What it’s all about
ClimaCell is empowering businesses to more effectively use weather data to make critical operational and revenue-impacting decisions.  As a Sales Development Representative, you will be leading prospective and existing customers through a journey to uncover cost savings and revenue growth opportunities by using our SaaS and/or API products.  You will be creating thoughtful pitches with an understanding of your customer’s business and guiding these customers to insights and value.  


What it takes:
  • 1-2 years outbound prospecting experience
  • Experience working for a disruptive, first-to-market tech company (preferably SaaS or API-based) where the pitch and qualification need continuous testing / refinement
  • Proficiency in mapping accounts, managing an assigned territory and forecasting accurately on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with an attention to detail
  • Organizational skills and discipline in using sales productivity tools, such as a CRM
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Sales training programs / certifications
