Customer Success Meteorologist

What it’s all about
We want to empower our customers to make the most out of the great tool we provide them and let them know they trust their weather decisions in the best hands. You understand weather, you understand operational forecasting, and you understand service. You will master ClimaCell’s technology and product, and serve as the face of ClimaCell while supporting a diverse customer base all over the world.

What it takes
  • 1-2 years of experience in operational meteorology, specifically forecasting
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Understand meteorology customer needs across various industries
  • Up-to-date with most advanced forecasting tools and services
  • Can dive into the science behind the engine and be able to explain it from an operational standpoint
  • Deep knowledge on available weather data sources in the US and globally
  • Be a team player when it comes to jumping on a call at weird hours
  • Loving the weather as much as you love people

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Atmospheric Science
  • Relevant Master’s degree – advantage
