Role :

CleverTap is looking for a qualified Technical account manager to oversee and address our customers’ technical needs. You will provide accurate technical service before and after the point of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a Technical Account Manager, you should be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience. You should also be results-driven and aspire to achieve specific goals.
The candidate will assist our clients with the integration of our SDKs, maintaining data quality and platform monitoring. Ultimately, you should be able to provide technical, product and business knowledge to support sales process and strengthen customer relationships.

  • Assist with the integration of customers Android, iOS and Web applications with CleverTap platform
  • Assist with the integration of third party email and SMS delivery vendors
  • Assist with the integration of partnering technologies such as Segment for customer data and attribution vendors like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch etc.
  • Provide technical support for customers through the on-boarding process
  • Train customers in the most effective use of the platform technology
  • Actively monitor customer instance to proactively identify probable issues and communicate the same
  • Work closely with Customer Success team to design solutions that meet customer’s goals and KPIs 
  • Have deep understanding of technology landscape of the accounts 
  • Work with documentation team to make sure the integration documentation is current and accurate
  • Deliver excellent customer experience by providing prompt response to customer inquiries and generating a feeling of a valuable partnership

Must-have :

  • BS/BE in Computer Science or related fields
  • 3+ years programming experience (API/ Web/ Mobile) 
  • Managed Android / iOS SDK integration 
  • Digital marketing industry a strong plus
  • Knowledge of attribution platforms like AppsFlyer, Adjust and analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Amplitude is preferred
  • Hands on experience in digital technologies and SaaS
  • An ability to gasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate technical concepts effectively 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with strong technical acumen and intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to successfully manage multiple technical projects with many moving parts
