Clearabee are currently looking for a Senior HR Assistant which is an exciting and varied role based out of our head office. You will be an integral member of our company reporting to the HR Manager/Driver Manager.
As a Senior HR Assistant at Clearabee you will need to be very well rounded, able to multitask and have a positive approach to work. You must be very IT literate and understand technology very well.

Founded in 2013 Clearabee is the UK’s largest ‘man and van’ style rubbish removal company with 250 staff across the country. We were ranked #33 in The Sunday Time FastTrack and consistently deliver growth over 35%.
Roles & tasks include:
- Assisting with the recruitment process including phone screening/interviewing
- Maintaining recruitment inbox
- New starter on-boarding and inductions
- Leavers processing
- Conflict Management and conducting Disciplinaries
- Monitoring and recording absence
- Assisting with with Admin duties involved with all HR practices
Reporting to the HR manager, the ideal individual should have previous experience working within an HR role and must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner, especially when handling difficult conversations. Experience of conflict management and negotiation is essential. Strong organisational and time-management skills are also a must along with a good level of knowledge in regards to Excel, Word and a CRM system. The ability to use initiative and multitask is a must due to the busy nature of our office.

- Benefits: 28 days holiday per annum pro rata
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 40 hours per week - 09:00 - 17:30 with occasional overtime
- Salary: £22,000-£24,000 per annum dependent on experience
