Here at Clearabee, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Services Account Manager to join our fast paced Sales Team dealing with our VIP customers with an immediate start. We are looking for someone who would like to pursue a career in Customer Service and is looking to take on more responsibility, learn our company values and progress.
Your Role
As a member of the Clearabee team you will be responsible for assisting the Commercial Team to ensure that we are maximising our bookings. Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Answering inbound calls from account customers enquiring about our service
- Communicating with customers over the telephone and through email
- Accurately quoting jobs and giving the customer a full detailed breakdown of our pricing system
- Booking in bulk jobs from our broker work
- Securing bookings and inputting job details onto our system
- Liaising with our Operations Department and occasionally with our truck team to ensure that jobs are completed correctly
- Processing invoices and dealing with invoice queries from our Commercial Customer base
Your skills and experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential whether that be face to face or over the telephone
- The ability to demonstrate experience of working well within a team is also extremely desirable
- Strong customer service and communication skills - an ability to take necessary action to solve problems, communicate effectively and work on your own initiative in a fast paced environment is necessary to do well within this role
- Good IT knowledge and MS Office packages
- The ability to prioritise tasks and take a methodical approach to completing tasks

Key Details
- Salary: £18,000-£19,000 per annum depending on experience
- Hours: 40 hours per week (hours between 09:00am - 17:00pm on a shift rota basis)
- Days: 5 days per week including Saturdays on a rota basis
- Holiday: 28 days holiday per year (this includes Bank Holidays which are a normal working day for Clearabee)
