Clearabee is one of the UK’s fastest growing companies providing waste removal services to homes and businesses across the country. We employ 300 people nationwide, with over 50 people based in our Birmingham City Centre head office.
We’re looking for a customer service team leader to work directly with the Customer Service Manager, looking after our domestic and small business customers specifically.
We are a very dynamic business and therefore this role will require someone who can take on a lot of responsibilities and cope with an ever changing business. Significant career growth potential for the right person.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in customer service
- Proven leadership ability
- Very computer literate (our business is built around technology)
- Thrive in a productive environment, with constant business improvement
As we are a retail business Saturday working is required.
