Project Manager

  • Completely understand the project management process
  • Work with the client from the start of each project to ensure you understand the project scope and vision
  • Understand project goals and deadlines
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of all cost involved
  • Develop project leads
  • Create the schedule for each project and match the talent to the job
  • Propose value added budget ideas
  • Follow up on proposals
  • Negotiate with owners and sub-contractors
  • Solicit and evaluate sub-contractor quotes


  • Experience with Specialty Contractors
  • Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills
  • Commitment to details and a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong computer & typing skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Must be well organized
  • Previous experience working with a “self-performing” contractor
  • Experience working in/with waterproofing and sealants
  • Experience working in Toldeo

EDUCATION:  This position requires a Bachelor’s degree (Construction Management, Engineering)

EXPERIENCE:  This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Construction and Project Management

COMPUTER SKILLS:  To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of computers, including e-mail and word processing abilities, excel and Microsoft office
