- Completely understand the project management process
- Work with the client from the start of each project to ensure you understand the project scope and vision
- Understand project goals and deadlines
- Have a comprehensive understanding of all cost involved
- Develop project leads
- Create the schedule for each project and match the talent to the job
- Propose value added budget ideas
- Follow up on proposals
- Negotiate with owners and sub-contractors
- Solicit and evaluate sub-contractor quotes

- Experience with Specialty Contractors
- Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills
- Commitment to details and a strong sense of urgency
- Strong computer & typing skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Must be well organized
- Previous experience working with a “self-performing” contractor
- Experience working in/with waterproofing and sealants
- Experience working in Toldeo
EDUCATION: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree (Construction Management, Engineering)
EXPERIENCE: This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Construction and Project Management
COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of computers, including e-mail and word processing abilities, excel and Microsoft office
